Agreement to Terms

By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us.

You must provide accurate contact information and details about all participants at the time of booking.

Payment Terms

Payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Prices are quoted in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking for some tours
  • For group bookings, a deposit may be required with the balance due before the tour
  • Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking

Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy applies to all bookings unless otherwise specified:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour receive a full refund
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to 50% charge
  • No-shows are charged in full

Weather and Safety

Tours may be cancelled or modified due to weather conditions that our captains deem unsafe. In such cases, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Our captain's decision regarding safety is final. Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the crew.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrivals may not be able to join the tour and will not be eligible for a refund.

Participants must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect their participation.

Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, participation in our tours is at your own risk. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any participant who:

  • Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Behaves in a manner that endangers themselves or others
  • Fails to follow safety instructions from the crew
  • Engages in illegal activities

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
